While we strive to ensure the best possible experience for our customers, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or provide refunds for hair extensions or lace wig products.

These are considered personal care items, and in order to maintain the highest standards of hygiene, we cannot accept returns once the product has been shipped, and therefore can not provide refunds.
